Why become a Member? 

The Vancouver Branch Registered Music Teachers' Association, part of BC Registered Music Teacher Assciation, encourages the highest calibre of music education and promotes high standards of music in the community. Activities include workshops, master classes, recitals and SPG music festival. Prospective members of the Association must hold a degree or diploma from a recognized university or conservatory, or meet the necessary qualifications set down by the registering province. The provincial association is affiliated with the national association, the Canadian Federation of Music Teachers' Associations (CFMTA).

Membership is open to: 

Members must be residents of British Columbia, be a least 18 years of age and pay official fees to the treasurer of BCRMTA.
